I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had stunning views of the river, making it a great escape. The hotel's dining options were excellent, especially with a lovely view, although the air conditioning in my room could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to others.
The Kootenai River Inn Casino & Spa offers a beautiful setting near the Canadian border, with great views of the river and well-maintained grounds. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by noise issues from trains and disturbances during the night. Dining was mediocre, and the spa services were not well-managed which added to my disappointment. Overall, while the location and ambiance are appealing, the hotel falls short in several key areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The staff, especially Tom, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and I really appreciated the breakfast vouchers. However, the noise from the trains outside was quite disruptive, and the dining experience at the restaurant was not what I expected. The location by the river is beautiful, but my room was lacking in some amenities. Overall, I’d say there are definitely some improvements needed, but it still has potential.
